On July 22, 2019, another WorkRepublic Studio opens in Berlin City West.
It is located on Kurfürstenstraße, in the Lenzhaus commercial building, which is known as the first high-rise office building in Berlin and therefore the German avant-garde. The Lenzhaus building is of historic significance and is one of the architectural icons of the early 20th century. Through a dynamic collaboration of architects, designers, painters and sculptors, a whole art deco environment was created at that time, which still arouse great interest today. Designed in the Golden Twenties, the Lenzhaus is a prominent center in a prominent location between Zoologischer Garten, Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz.
